The program “Enhancing/Promoting Intercultural Mediation Services in Community Centers/Migrant Integration Centers”, launched by the Directorate of Social Policy and Welfare Integration of Immigrants in Greece, aims to strengthen intercultural mediation services for migrants and refugees. Intercultural Mediators, hired and trained by E.E.T.A.A., work in 30 selected municipalities across various regions. Their goal is to improve information provision, facilitate communication with public organizations, and foster trusting relationships between migrant/refugee communities and local society. Ultimately, the program contributes to eliminating negative stereotypes and social exclusion
