Windrose Graphic was asked to provide the visual design for a conference at the Acropolis Museum organized by the Greek Ministry of National Defence. The conference, to commemorate Greek National Day, was on the subject of ‘Philhellenism and International Solidarity”.
Inspiration for the main visual identity of the event was taken from a statue depicting Greece in the form of a woman crowning Lord Byron which is found at the entrance to National Gardens of Athens. Lord Byron is one of the most well-known admirers of Greece.
Windrose Graphic was responsible for the visual identity of the event including the original photography of the statue, posters and roll-up banners in English and Greek for promotion as well as a video presentation used in the conference. Windrose Graphic also provided photography of the proceedings for the Byron Society.
